Finite Phone hides the app you pick, so it won't open. Its data stays on your phone. Unblocking it takes 48 hours.

1. Open Finite Phone
2. Find the app
3. Tap Block
4. Type Block to confirm
5. It's off your home screen

An app you unblock comes back 48 hours later. Your phone reminds you before it does.

1. On the Blocked tab, tap Unblock
2. Tap Unblock again to start the 48 hours
3. To change your mind, tap Keep it blocked
4. Type Keep to confirm
5. It stays blocked

A list, like Social media, is a group of sites you block in one go. Unblocking a list takes 48 hours.

1. On the Web tab, open a list
2. Tap Block this list
3. Type Block to confirm
4. Look up a site with Check a site

Block a site by its address, and it won't open in the phone's browser. Unblocking it takes 48 hours.

1. On the Web tab, tap Block a site
2. Type the site's address and tap Block
3. Tap Block again to confirm
4. The page says you blocked it

Lock an app for 15 minutes to 24 hours. Once it's set, there's no early unlock, not even from us.

1. On the Your apps tab, find the app
2. Tap Lock
3. Pick how long, like 1 hour
4. Press and hold Hold to lock
5. The card says Locked until and the time

Give an app a daily limit in minutes or opens. When it's used up, the app locks until 4 AM, and there's no snooze. Raising or removing a limit takes 48 hours.

1. On the Your apps tab, find the app
2. Tap Set a limit
3. Pick an amount, like 30 min, then tap Set limit
4. Press and hold Hold to set limit
5. The card shows today's use, and the app's website is blocked too

A Second Thought is a wait of 10 to 60 seconds before the app opens, longer the more you open it that day. You can always go on. Removing it takes 24 hours.

1. On the Your apps tab, find the app
2. Tap Add a Second Thought
3. Leave Standard picked and tap Add
4. Open the app, and the pause comes first
5. Pick why you're opening it, or tap Never mind
